Multiton Pallet Jack Parts TM, M, J & S

Multiton is a reputable brand that specializes in forklift parts. Founded in 1951, the company started with hand pallet jacks for warehouses on a small scale, along with machine-moving doilies. They focused on serving the individual forklift operator with affordable pricing and quality.

Jungheinrich Lift Truck Corp owned the Multiton brand in 1976. This allowed Multiton to expand and manufacture electric pallet jacks, high lift trucks, and stackers. In 2005, the two companies underwent a merger. This would streamline resources and sales between Jungheinrich Lift Truck Corp and the Multiton MIC Corporation.

Jungheinrich aimed to meet better North American industrial needs for forklifts and pallet trucks. In 2006, the company decided to retire the brand and merge it with existing product lines. Nevertheless, we have a fair array of parts for the electric pallet jack from Multiton. We aim to serve you and ensure you can keep your truck running for as long as possible.

Multiton Electric Pallet Jack Components And Manual Parts

We have included the Multiton electric pallet jack schematic for your convenience. Helmar Parts stocks these for the Multiton TM, M, J, and S series. Then you can identify the broken or worn-down parts and make a suitable replacement. We find this saves time when the pallet jack has multiple components.

For specifically hydraulic brake systems, a seal kit will help you facilitate quick repairs. Leaks are a sign of the brake parts wearing out and can risk accidents. Repairing the trucks promptly can make a difference in operator safety. The 200064-901 Aftermarket Super Seal Kit can handle such problems.

Replacing Pallet Jack Wheels

Every pallet jack operator needs a wheel kit. Since pallet jacks operate as forklifts do, only with smaller loads and elevation, they need to have efficiency when transporting. Fork and steering wheels can wear down over time, leading to loss of control or accidents.

For this specific purpose, Multiton released the GWK-TM-CK Complete Wheel Repair Kit; operators can use the kit for the Multiton M, J, and TM series. It comes already assembled, with polyurethane load wheels and nylon steer wheels.

How To Repair Your Pallet Truck Wheels

Make sure you have a hammer, a support block to hold the wheels in place, small and large mandrels, and the fork or steering wheels that fit your pallet jack. Set the pallet truck or jack against the support block and test it's steady. Remove the tension pins and axle before replacing the old fork wheels with the new ones. If you need to replace your axles, Multiton has models such as the MU 38582 pivot model.

Steering wheel replacement requires snap rings, snap ring rods, and replacement wheels. After removing the wheel's protective cap, use the snap ring rod to remove the old snap ring before removing the wheel from the axle.

Match the old wheel's position, aiming for the counterbore side. Add the new revolution, and position the new snap ring using the rod. Then you can replace the cap.
